There are some workplaces where tempers tend to run high, and that's just a part of the office culture. Workers can get frustrated and blow off some steam, then go for a walk, and come back refreshed without any repercussions. It still might raise some eyebrows, though. If you do that too often, you might gain a reputation for being a hothead. Handling your stress with grace is a learned skill, but when you just get easily frustrated, it can pile extra work onto your coworker's shoulders while you sit there and whine about it.
